You'll find here free and simple information about how to get big through weight training. Basic knowledge about building muscle, proper nutrition, workouts, fundamental exercises and description of the most important muscles in your body.

There's many people who want to sell you their E-books, 'secret' diets, DVD's or some complicated workouts. They will show you excellent opinions, pictures 'before and after' and promise you unbelievable results. Please, forget about them. All they want is your money. You have to understand that any information about gaining weight or building muscle is there for free, just do some research. I don't say that all of these workouts are bad, or that won't work, but what I want you to know is that you don't have to waste your money.

Bodybuilding is not so complicated. Once you will understand the basics of building muscle or gaining weight, you won't need any 'secret workouts', 'magic diets', expensive supplements or anything that you have to pay for, except of course, a membership on a gym, food and water and what's the most important, you will grow.

HOW2GETBIG is not only for people who want to get bigger muscles, I have something for ones who just want to get stronger, and of course I will guide you how to build this famous 'six pack' as well.

I will try to explain you everything, as simple as it is possible. There's no magic in it, no secrets, no bullshit. Anyone can get bigger. Doesn't matter how small you are or how skinny you are, it doesn't matter if you haven't been on a gym ever in your life and all you did was playing Quake, or you train already for a couple years but can't make any progress. You are in a right place.

I advise you to read The Basics of Building Muscle first and training principles, then go to section workouts and find a workout that will suit you or just pick something to read from our articles archive.

You can ask about anything that you are not sure and I will write an article about it or maybe you have some information that you want to share with others. Feel free.

This website is still under development. Hopefully in the future I'll find enough time to make my own videos about different exercises because at the moment I had to find some examples for you on youtube. Every month I'll be writing few articles and I want to add more exercises, workouts and hardcore workouts here as well.

If the information and training programs that you will find here is not enough, you can apply for personal workout.
